TAL Australia is seeking a Senior Claims Consultant in Sydney to guide a portfolio of complex Group Life claims with care and efficiency. You will communicate with customers, advisers, and practitioners, interpreting policy terms and determining claim eligibility in line with TAL’s philosophy and regulatory requirements.
You’ll lead RTW plan development, collaborate with underwriters and medical professionals, and mentor junior staff while delivering proactive, high-quality customer service.
