Job Description

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our high-performing culinary team. As a part of the role you will:

- Support a designated pastry section, with responsibilities aligned to your level of experience and expertise.
- Prepare, produce, and present exceptional pastries, desserts and baked goods that consistently meet quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate closely with the broader culinary team to deliver seamless service and an outstanding guest experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace organisation within a professional kitchen environment.
- Contribute to effective inventory management, stock control, and waste minimisation initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement through creativity, innovation, and a commitment to culinary excellence.

Qualifications

About You:

- Previousexperience as a Pastry Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a hatted restaurant
- A genuine passion for pastry arts, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and attention to detail.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills,



with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A cooperative and positive approach, coupled with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.
- Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
