Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd in Canberra seeks a senior Operations Manager to oversee project delivery and support a team of 5 Project Managers across multiple commercial projects. This hands-on leadership role suits someone who has progressed through the trades and managed Tier 1 projects.

You will drive procurement, programming, risk management and budget control, mentor project managers, and ensure safety and on-time delivery. Occasional travel (about 1 day per month) is required.
