About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same.

You'll become a trusted point of contact for our investors and borrowers, delivering outstanding service while supporting the administration of our lending and investment portfolio.

You'll be involved in everything from assisting clients and processing banking transactions through to supporting lending activities, maintaining compliance and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards our clients expect.

You'll enjoy this role if you like working with people, enjoy variety, and take pride in getting the details right.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service by phone and in person
- Supporting investors and borrowers throughout their journey
- Processing lending transactions including settlements and loan maintenance
- Preparing lending documentation and credit submissions




- Maintaining investment and loan accounts
- Processing banking transactions accurately and efficiently
- Investigating and resolving client enquiries
- Supporting compliance and audit requirements
- Maintaining client records and banking systems
- Working collaboratively to continually improve the client experience

About You

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

You may currently work in banking, financial services, lending, credit administration or customer service and be looking for an organisation where relationships matter more than sales targets.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in banking, lending or financial services
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working with financial systems and technology
- A commitment to accuracy, compliance and professionalism
- The ability to build trust with a broad range of clients
- A collaborative, positive approach and willingness to learn

Experience with lending, loan administration or credit assessment will be highly regarded but isn’t essential.
