About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Conducting commercial helicopter operations in accordance with company procedures and CASA regulations.
- Delivering internal pilot training, proficiency checks and standardisation activities.
- Supporting pilot mentoring and ongoing career development.
- Maintaining the highest standards of operational safety and professionalism.
- Completing operational documentation and company reporting requirements.
- Contributing to a positive safety culture and continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Representing Executive Helicopters professionally with clients and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold:

- Commercial Pilot Licence (Helicopter) (CPL(H)) or Air Transport Pilot Licence (Helicopter) (ATPL(H)).
- Grade 1 Helicopter Flight Instructor Rating.
- Minimum 3,000 hours total helicopter flight time.
- Current Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate.




- Current Flight Review and Instructor Proficiency Check.
- Sound knowledge of CASA regulations and operational standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A strong commitment to safety, professionalism and teamwork.
- The ability to travel as required to support operations across our South East and South West Queensland bases.

Desirable Experience

Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

- Charter operations.
- Aerial work.
- Utility and sling operations.
- Fire, emergency services or government contract operations.
- Experience operating Airbus AS350 and EC130 helicopters.
- Operational leadership or pilot mentoring.
