An exciting opportunity has become available for a dedicated Team Admin Assistant / Concierge / Personal Assistant to an award-winning agent! This is a pivotal, fast-paced support role within a high-performing, award-winning team, where you will act as the right-hand to a top-performing agent, taking ownership of day-to-day operations to ensure the team runs seamlessly while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and process-driven, this role requires a confident individual who thrives on accountability, structure, and achieving results. Day In The Life

- Manage and coordinate the team's calendar and their day-to-day, as well as Lead Agent's diary, appointments, and daily schedule to ensure efficiency and preparedness
- Keep the team accountable and on schedule - anticipating needs and staying one step ahead
- Oversee buyer enquiries, organise inspections, and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with open homes, private inspections, and Auction campaign coordination
- Liaise with clients, buyers, solicitors, and third parties with professionalism and confidence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage client databases




- Prepare pre-listing kits, appraisal packs, and appointment materials
- Support the end-to-end listing to settlement process

What You Will Bring To The Table

- Previous real estate administration, PA, Concierge or Sales support experience highly advantageous;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Valid QLD Driver’s Licence
- Availability to work full-time, where Saturday availability may be required
