Overview

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Wine and Spirits Assistant role for our Donnybrook store. As a wine and spirits expert you will need to be a confident, customer-focused individual who delivers exceptional service to our customers.

The successful candidate will be at least 18 years old, friendly, personable, and passionate about all things food and drink. This is an exciting prospect to upskill and develop retail skills.

Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers in the wine and spirits department.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on wine and spirits selections.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 18 years old to qualify for this role
- Some retail experience required, preferably in grocery
- Previous retail experience in the wine department is advantageous




- WSET training is not necessary but would be an advantage
- Customer-focused and capable of building a quality and loyal customer base
- Proactive, motivated attitude
- Strong desire to learn, develop and inspire other team members
- Demonstrates flexibility and is prepared to work retail hours
- Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
- Hands-on approach
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
