We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery execution across multiple security and identity workstreams. This role focuses on enabling effective agile delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring teams deliver against agreed outcomes while maintaining quality and pace.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile delivery ceremonies across multiple teams.
- Manage cross‑stream dependencies and delivery risks.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery forecasting.
- Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver effectively.
- Provide transparency on delivery progress, risks, and issues.
- Support coordination between architecture leads, engineers, and testers.
- Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices.
- Support governance and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience in agile delivery or scrum master roles.
- Proven experience supporting complex, multi‑team technical deliveries.
- Strong understanding of software and platform delivery lifecycles.
- Ability to work confidently with senior technical and client stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
Security Clearance
Current Australian Government security clearance NV1 required.
Work Arrangement
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
