We’re partnering with a highly regarded Tier 2 builder to appoint an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the team on a major $100M Class 2 residential apartment project in North Sydney, NSW .

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the finishes stage across a large-scale residential apartment development, ensuring all trades, quality standards, and programme milestones are delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you’ll play a key role in driving programme, defect minimisation, and subcontractor coordination through the final stages of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all finishes trades onsite
- Drive programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality finishes throughout the project
- Coordinate defect inspections and rectification works
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and site procedures
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team
- Assist with commissioning, practical completion, and handover processes




- Maintain strong site presentation and daily coordination of works

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on Class 2 residential apartment projects with values up to $70M+
- Experience delivering medium to high-rise residential developments
- Solid understanding of finishes sequencing and defect management
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme outcomes
- Strong eye for detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proactive and hands‑on approach onsite
