Responsibilities

- Empower and motivate a small team of Employment Consultants to achieve the best outcomes for job seekers with a disability.
- Provide regular training, mentoring and support to help the team hit their KPIs.
- Lead by example, engaging directly with job seekers to deliver tailored employment services.

Capabilities & Experience

- Experience in Employment Services or demonstrable transferable skills.
- People‑leadership exposure and/or understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.




- Capability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
- Proven experience in a high‑performance driven environment.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs.

- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
