Purpose of the Role

We are currently seeking an inspiring leader to join us as Store Manager at Aesop Prahran on an 18‑month Maximum Term Contract . This role was created to support internal progression as a team member advances to a Retail Development Program. You will lead a highly successful signature space and experience firsthand how Aesop fosters career development.

Responsibilities

- Operate on a Tuesday–Saturday roster, full‑time on‑site.
- Ensure overall business success through operations and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage budgeting, store‑specific marketing, and store client base development.
- Choreograph daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants.

Qualifications

- Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service setting.
- Proven track record of effective selling skills and drive commercial outcomes.
- History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
- Ability to utilize empathy to manage interpersonal relationships.
- Open mindset and deep curiosity, listening without judgement and acting on diverse perspectives.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills.
