The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment BDM (Client Side) to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This role is designed for recruiters or professionals with an established client network who want to leverage our untapped AUS market —without restrictions or internal competition.

As a Recruitment BDM , you will:

1. Develop and manage client relationships , acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
2. Identify hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Leverage our extensive job slots to efficiently place top tech talent.
4. Expand our market presence , capitalising on uncapped and unrestricted opportunities.

Work independently , while benefiting from our robust recruitment infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
2. Existing network of clients in the tech industry.
3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and drive results.
5. Understanding of recruitment strategies, hiring trends, and industry tools.
6. Proactive and target-driven mindset.
