Brand Delivery Manager – Back of House | Victoria’s Secret

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and commercially focused Brand Delivery Manager – Back of House to lead stock operations and drive operational excellence behind the scenes at Victoria’s Secret Highpoint.

This is a critical leadership role ensuring inventory integrity, seamless product flow, and operational efficiency — enabling the front-of-house team to deliver an elevated brand experience.

Your Role

As Brand Delivery Manager – Back of House, you will take full ownership of inventory management and stock operations to drive total store results.

You will:





- Lead all back-of-house operations including receiving, processing, replenishment and stock control
- Drive Results through strong inventory accuracy, shrink management and productivity optimisation
- Operate with Integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards and brand guidelines
- Champion Excellence in stockroom organisation, operational execution and process discipline
- Foster Teamwork by collaborating closely with Store Leadership and Visual teams to ensure seamless product flow
- Deliver Service by ensuring the right product is available at the right time for our customers
- Support Development by coaching and empowering your BOH team to build capability and accountability

- Strong stock accuracy and controlled shrinkage
- Productive replenishment and minimal stock delays
- Well-planned peak trade and promotional execution
- A high-performing back-of-house team aligned to store objectives

- Permanent, full-time role (weekend and public holiday availability required)
- Based at Highpoint, Melbourne
