Salary: $77,192 – $89,020 per annum + Superannuation

Employment: Permanent full‑time, 36 hours per week

We are seeking a full‑time permanent staff member based at our offices in Sunshine.

The role

- Reporting to the Manager – City Strategy
- Provide high‑level Business Support including administration, customer service and financial management.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills; a self‑motivated team player.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to set up and maintain administrative systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other financial applications.
- Experience in local government or a general understanding of its role and functions.
- Post‑secondary qualifications—preferably a Bachelor of Business Administration,



Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work in accordance with Brimbank’s values and behaviours.
