What you need to do

1. Develop and oversee comprehensive delivery plans for mobile robot projects, ensuring timely progress tracking and proactive adjustments.
2. Lead on-site project implementation, offering AGV deployment and technical support services to facilitate smooth project acceptance.
3. Monitor, report, and resolve on-site product and technical issues efficiently, working closely with technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Deliver tailored training and support to customers on product specifications, performance, and operational procedures.
5. Collaborate with regional sales teams to conduct pre-sales product demonstrations, technical consultations, and competitive analyses, while managing installation, testing, and post-sales issue resolution.

Oversee on-site business operations and provide post-sales training to ensure optimal customer experience.
7. Support equipment factory acceptance processes to guarantee product quality prior to shipment.
8. Maintain thorough project documentation, including compilation and dissemination of relevant materials, and conduct regular project reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
9. Identify and mitigate project risks by leveraging cross-functional resources to drive efficient collaboration.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Communications, or a related major.
2. Minimum 3 years of project delivery experience in automation or AGV-related industries.
3. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills with a hands-on approach.
4. Proactive mindset with strong project management capabilities to drive delivery and acceptance milestones.
5. Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence, resilience under pressure, and superior organizational and communication skills.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin as a working language. Strong learning agility and a team-oriented team orientation.
