The Opportunity

As a Workplace Risk Consultant , you’ll join a national team known for delivering standout solutions across workers’ compensation, injury management, claims and people risk.

With a passion for workers’ compensation, injury management and people risk you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients with significant premium spend, providing expert advice while supporting brokers and clients nationally.

You’ll also play a key role in identifying cross sell opportunities, driving new business and shaping our national Workplace Risk strategy by delivering “Best in Class” workers’ compensation and injury management services across Australia.

What You’ll Do

- Championing a portfolio of workers’ compensation clients - driving measurable improvements and overall client satisfaction.
- Shaping smarter decisions by providing specialist advice across claims, injury management and people risk helping clients reduce cost and complexity .
- Turning data into game‑changing strategy by analysing trends and historical performance to design premium and risk strategies that deliver real impact.
- Fuelling business growth by identifying opportunities to cross‑sell value‑adding services and uncovering fresh pathways for new business.
- Empowering brokers nationally with the insights,



tools and support they need to deliver consistently exceptional results for their clients.
- Collaborating with insurers and partners to build creative, industry‑leading solutions that set new standards.
- Creating clarity with reporting and forecasting that helps clients and stakeholders anticipate challenges, manage premiums proactively and reduce long‑term costs.
- Building trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders - strengthening collaboration and contributing to a high‑performing, supportive team culture.

What You Bring

- Passion for workers’ compensation, injury management and people risk
- Experience in insurance broking or a related insurance environment
- Strong understanding of national workers’ compensation legislation
- Experience with large corporate or complex portfolios
- Excellent communication, stakeholder and analytical skills
- A proactive, strategic mindset and team first approach
