Job Title: Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a MAO Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order Management and Supply Chain . The role involves solution design, configuration, customization, and end-to-end implementation/support of Manhattan Active Omni applications, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) modules (OMS, Inventory, POS, Store, Call Center)
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Perform solution design, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments
- Develop and support integrations and enhancements using Java, APIs, JSON
- Participate in design workshops, testing, and release management
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and offshore teams to drive delivery
- Support implementations, upgrades,



and production support activities
- Prepare and review functional and technical design documents

Required Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Omni (MAO)
- Strong understanding of Order Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes
- Experience in configuration, customization, and business process mapping
- Working knowledge of Java, APIs, JSON, and databases
- Experience with cloud-based implementations
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with other OMS platforms (e.g., Sterling OMS)
- Exposure to Retail / eCommerce / 3PL environments
- Prior experience in end-to-end implementations
