Key Responsibilities:

As the Marketing and branding specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s growth. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products, leveraging your understanding of trends, communication, and strategy to drive engagement. This role involves analyzing market trends, understanding customer behavior, and identifying opportunities to enhance Bitterjoy’s presence and sales. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will ensure brand alignment and guide the creative process to produce impactful campaigns.

Requirements:

- A love for spreading joy (and smoothies!) with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Previous experience in manage, oversee and optimise digital marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, and social media paid and unpaid, to maximize ROI and effectively reach target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of cohesive marketing materials across all touchpoints, including digital assets, email campaigns, and website content, ensuring alignment with Mode Mischief’s brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate Mode Mischief’s marketing efforts.
- Assist in proposing and managing budgets for marketing activities,



ensuring cost efficiency and aligning these with key activities.
- Coordinate and manage successful communication and implementation of creative marketing and social teams to ensure strategy is rolled out and implemented successfully.
- Continuously updating, adjusting and reviewing strategy rollout and making improvements where possible.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in marketing & branding in F&B; field
