Foundational Roles | Full time & Part-time Opportunities

We are establishing a new Care Service and are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join the service as foundational team members.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up, contributing to the establishment and embedding of clinical practice, care models and team culture within a brand-new service supporting patients.

The service is located in a city-fringe setting, approximately 4km northeast of the city centre, offering a well-connected and accessible environment.

Joining a team at the forefront of care innovation, and delivering care in a cutting-edge setting; you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, in addition to:

- Monitor patients progress and report changes to a broader multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to care planning and patient assessments
- Support activities of daily living and administer medications

As a foundational staff member, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to:

- Establishing clinical standards, processes and care pathways
- Embedding best-practice documentation and governance




- Supporting service commencement and early operations
- Building a positive, collaborative and respectful team culture

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor patients progress and report changes to a broader multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to care planning and patient assessments
- Support activities of daily living and administer medications

About You

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in acute & sub-acute care
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or are willing and eligible to obtain).
- If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.
