You’ll join a supportive, customer-centric team managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties—predominantly across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
- ‘Can-do’ attitude with a proactive, service-first approach
- Victorian driver’s licence and reliable car
- Administrative experience and ability to prepare transparent, detailed reports
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing, maintenance and arrears across the portfolio
- Conduct open inspections, condition reports,
entries/exits and routine inspections
- Prepare and execute listing presentations and marketing campaigns
- Maintain client databases and prospect for new managements
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and trades efficiently and professionally
- Utilise Property Tree, MyDesktop and RP Data
- Prepare reports and documentation accurately and on time
