We're looking for motivated, reliable, and curious individuals to join our 4-year Auto Electrical Apprenticeship Program. This is your prospect to earn while you learn, develop highly sought-after technical skills, and build a rewarding career with a global leader in mining.
What You'll Be Doing
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll receive industry-leading training, combining practical on-the-job experience with formal classroom learning to help you achieve your nationally recognised trade qualification.
You'll develop valuable skills in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components across a world-class fleet of Heavy Mobile Equipment, including:
Working alongside experienced mentors, you'll gain exposure to the latest technology in automation, electrical systems,
and mining equipment while building skills that will set you up for a successful long-term career.
The apprenticeship program will commence in February 2027, with varied rosters across the 4 years.
About You
To be eligible for the program, you will:
- Hold a current C Class Driver's Licence (provisional licences accepted)
- Ideally have completed a pre-apprenticeship
- Have a genuine interest in machinery, electronics, and emerging technologies
- Enjoy problem-solving and thinking logically
- Be adaptable and excited by advances in technology
- Be committed to completing a four-year apprenticeship
