An exciting RECENT opportunity is available for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a reputable and residential building company based in Osborne Park. Working within a close-knit Administration team, this role will suit someone who enjoys an admin-based role in a team environment, takes pride in accuracy and thrives on working collaboratively with both clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting clients through the administration phase of their building journey — from contract signing through to construction commencement.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and coordinating contracts including colour and product selection documentation
- Liaising with clients regarding finance and settlement documentation
- Managing jobs through the administration process efficiently and accurately
- Raising contract variations as required




- Monitoring workflow milestones through internal systems
- Conducting daily workflow management and updates
- Providing a high level of communication and support to clients throughout the process

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a Contract Administration role, Prestart role or a similar role within residential construction
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive and accountable approach to your work
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- A positive attitude and strong customer service focus
