The Role

As an Asset Finance Specialist, you will work directly with customers, dealerships, and referral partners to structure and secure finance solutions tailored to individual needs.

You will manage opportunities from enquiry through to settlement while working closely with an experienced operations and leadership team focused on delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and convert inbound finance enquiries

- Build strong relationships with customers and referral partners

- Structure finance solutions tailored to customer needs

- Liaise with lenders and stakeholders throughout the approval process

- Follow up applications and supporting documents with urgency and professionalism

- Negotiate effectively and confidently overcome objections

- Deliver exceptional communication and customer service throughout the process

- Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets and KPIs

Experience That Will Be Highly Regarded





- Phone-based sales experience

- Automotive sales

- Finance or lending experience

- Asset finance or brokerage experience

- High-volume customer service environments

- KPI-driven sales roles

- Experience working within performance-focused sales teams

Finance industry experience is advantageous, however solid sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.
