About the Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for the overall sales performance of the Adelaide dealership.
Your focus will be to:
- Drive dealership sales performance and profitability
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional buying experience
- Monitor KPIs, conversion rates and enquiry management
- Work closely with marketing to maximise lead generation and campaign performance
- Manage stock presentation and sales processes
- Build robust relationships with customers, finance partners and manufacturers
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performance culture

About You
You'll be an experienced sales leader with a proven ability to motivate teams and deliver consistent results.
Ideally you'll have:
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- High levels of professionalism and integrity
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- A current driver's licence
