About the Role

No two days are the same. You'll become an important part of our team, assisting customers and supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing outstanding customer service over the phone, via email and in our showroom

- Preparing quotations, processing sales orders and purchase orders

- Assisting customers with product selection and advice

- Picking and packing customer orders

- Assisting with dispatch and receiving stock

- Supporting warehouse operations when required

- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workplace





- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure customers receive the best possible service

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people

- Communicates confidently and professionally

- Can multitask and manage competing priorities

- Is reliable, motivated and willing to learn

- Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work

- Works well both independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)

- Previous customer service or retail experience

- Forklift licence

- Manual driver's licence

- Experience with inventory or ERP systems
