Your new roleAs a Senior Home Lending Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build your own market presence across NSW's Northern Rivers region, helping customers achieve their property goals while growing a successful lending portfolio within a leading Big 4 bank.
In this role, you will:Own and grow a high-potential home and investment lending portfolio across the Northern NSW regionBuild strong relationships with customers, referral partners and local community networks to generate new business opportunitiesLeverage the strength of an established branch network while proactively developing your own referral sourcesGuide customers through the full lending journey, delivering tailored solutions across owner-occupied, investment and refinancing needsBecome the trusted lending expert in your local market, known for providing exceptional service and advicePartner with branch teams and key stakeholders to maximise lending opportunities and drive customer outcomesDevelop a strong pipeline of lending opportunities in an under-serviced market with significant growth potentialPlay a key role in expanding the bank's footprint across Northern NSW while building your own long-term success and reputationThis role is ideal for an ambitious lender who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and taking ownership of their own success.




What you'll need to succeedProven success in residential home lending, with the ability to deliver outstanding customer and business outcomesStrong knowledge of end-to-end lending, including complex lending scenarios and credit assessmentA proven ability to build and grow your own pipeline through referral partnerships, community engagement and local networksConfidence developing strong relationships with customers, branch teams and key stakeholdersA commercial mindset with a track record of achieving lending, referral and customer satisfaction targetsA strong focus on compliance, risk management and delivering exceptional customer experiencesAn established network across Northern NSW will be highly regarded but not essential.
