We require Fitters for our Maintenance department - experience in pneumatic and hydraulic components an advantage, but suitable candidates will be trained.

Job Description:
You will play a key role in the maintenance and repair of Hofmann Engineering machinery to ensure safe and efficient use. Your responsibilities will include:
• Carrying out preventive maintenance as per the schedule
• Following all safety working procedures, JHA's and work instructions
• Reporting all machinery safety issues
• Fault finding
What you bring:
• Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate (Maintenance Fitter, Fitter & Turner or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or heavy engineering environment
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience maintaining CNC machinery, overhead cranes, hydraulic equipment, compressors, pumps, and general workshop plant (desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• A relevant trade certificate or qualifications.
