Floral State is looking for a passionate, experienced, and creative Lead Floral Manager to lead our talented team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our florist.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines exceptional floral design with team management, customer service, retail and wholesale operations excellence, and business performance. You'll be responsible for creating beautiful bespoke floral arrangements for our daily collections as well as posies for our wholesale collection.

Key Responsibilities

Floral Design

- Design and create modern and bespoke floral arrangements for all occasions.

- Lead the floral team in producing high-quality work that reflects the Floral State brand.

- Create bespoke arrangements for weddings, events, corporate clients, and special occasions.

- Design and create modern posies for daily collection.

- Ensure quality control of all floral products before delivery or collection.

- Must be capable of designing creative floral arrangements efficiently and without direct instruction or supervision





- Ensure that designs align with current trends, client preferences, and seasonal availability.

- Maintain high standards of creativity, craftsmanship, and quality in all floral arrangements.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of florists and retail staff.

- Must be able to work in faster environment and under pressure during busy days of the seasons

- Prepare staff rosters and allocate daily workloads.

- Recruit, train and coach team members.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Foster a positive, cooperative and accountable workplace culture.

- Must be able to work and oversee the production as well the operations

- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

- Manage opening and closing procedures.

- Oversee and Plan visual merchandising and store presentation at different locations

- Must have atleast 5 years of florist experience
