Operations Coordinator

The role

We're looking for an emerging Operations Coordinator ready to step into a role with genuine ownership and influence. You'll support our Operations team across onboarding, compliance, project scheduling, mobilisation, and equipment coordination. This role suits a confident, capable professional who brings real initiative: if something needs figuring out, you'll dig in, get creative, and bring in the right people to sort it.

What you'll own

- Onboarding new employees, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Keeping compliance on track: medicals, AODs, training, POs, VOCs, inductions

- Coordinating project mobilisation: scheduling, flights, site compliance, equipment and timesheeting

- Managing equipment purchasing, hire and supplier relationships

- Being a pivotal internal liaison between key business stakeholders

What you'll bring

- A solid operational background supporting projects and connected business functions

- A genuine knack for creative problem-solving

- Comfort working independently and prioritising your own workload

- Great communication skills, liaising confidently with clients, employees, and suppliers at all levels





- Strong understanding of mobilisation, compliance, and site access requirements

- Confidence using workforce planning systems and Microsoft Office - experience with ERMS, INX, SuccessFactors, SAP, OPMS or IFS will be highly regarded

- Ability to identify planning risks, solve problems and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
