About the role

We’re looking for experienced and reliable full time, part time and casual Warehouse/Stores person to join our team at Clinpath Pathology in Mile End. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong warehouse background who takes pride in staying organised, working efficiently, and keeping operations running smoothly. You will support our entire business by managing stock, handling deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory, and working independently with a practical, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail. If you enjoy a quick-paced environment and being part of a dependable team and have availability to work from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday we’d like to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist with receipting of stores into warehouse, including checking items against the original order and coordination of their distribution and storage

- Assist with pick and pack orders and entering stores orders

- Deliver internal warehouse items as required to laboratory, collection centres, hospitals

- Assist to maintain stores area by ensuring adequate supplies are available

- Assist in regular stocktaking program

- Ensure waste - confidential and medical disposed appropriately

- Assist with general enquiries from customers

To be successful you will have:

Essential

- Experience in goods storage and/or picking and packing

- Be physically fit and be able to carry and/or lift boxes

- Be able to demonstrate a strong awareness of safe manual handling practices

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office with basic keyboard skills

- High level of interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional phone etiquette

- Self-directed, energetic and motivated to achieve agreed outcomes

- Ability to interpret instructions to ensure systems, procedures and processes are maintained at the highest standard

- Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible work environment with the ability to prioritise

- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and autonomously





- The ability to be an active listener with excellent attention to detail

- High level of confidentiality and the ability to work calmly under pressure

- A current unencumbered Full Australian Driver's License, the ability to drive a transit van & Legal right to work in Australia

- A valid National Police Certificate (for the purpose of employment)

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience with Walkie Stacker (motorised pallet truck with a mast for lifting)
