Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, who embraces a busy workload. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the friendly point of contact for clients and visitors, handling enquiries with professionalism and care.

- Answer, direct, and manage phone calls while taking clear and accurate messages.

- Process email and website orders promptly and accurately.

- Keep customers updated on product and order status, ensuring communication is always timely and clear.





- Resolve issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach.

- Support the team with administrative tasks and assist on projects as needed.

- Work collaboratively across departments to keep everything running seamlessly.

Qualifications

- Experience in customer service (aerospace or defence industry experience is a bonus, not a must!).

- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- SAP Business One knowledge (desirable, but not essential).

- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

- Attention to detail and a knack for solving problems.

- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.
