Boodjara is seeking experienced Electrical Trades Assistants to support electrical crews during a major Shutdown at BHP Port Hedland (Finucane Island).

Project Details
- Mobilisation: From 14 September 2026
- Shutdown: 17 September – 5 November 2026
- Location: BHP Port Hedland – Finucane Island
- Roster: 2:1 FIFO
- Shifts: 12-hour Days & Nights
- Flights, accommodation and meals provided
- Weekly pay
Scope of Work
- Assist electricians with installation activities
- Cable handling and cable tray installation
- Equipment change-outs
- General electrical labouring
- Housekeeping and shutdown support
- Assist with testing and commissioning activities
Essential Requirements
- Australian Work Rights
- Australian Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Basic Fire
- Working at Heights
- High Risk Work Licence – EWP (desirable)
- Previous BHP experience highly regarded
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol Screen and complete online inductions
