About the Role:

We are seeking a permanent part time employee to up to 22 hours a week which will include some Saturday's and Sunday's. You will be supporting our sales team by helping out when there’s more than one customer in-store, and handling chemical sales and general upkeep of the store.

This is not a high-pressure sales role – it’s about providing great customer service, freeing up our main consultant to focus on spa and swim spa customers. You will also help with basic admin tasks and keeping the showroom clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve walk-in customers for parts, chemicals, and accessories

- Assist the main sales consultant when there are multiple customers in-store





- Perform light cleaning and general showroom upkeep

- Process basic sales and complete associated admin

What We’re Looking For:

- Retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

- A friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to help

- Reliability and punctuality – this is a key support role on our busiest days

- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a small team
