About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician / Mechanical Fitter to join our Victoria Operations team based in Epping.

This is a hands-on role focused on the diagnosis, overhaul, repair and testing of pumps and rotating equipment, both in the workshop and on customer sites. You will work with critical tolerances, precision fitting and alignment, ensuring all work meets OEM and Dynapumps quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose faults and assess pumps and rotating equipment condition

- Dismantle, inspect and rebuild assemblies to OEM specifications

- Perform precision fitting (bearings, seals, shafts, impellers)

- Conduct laser alignment and equipment testing

- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records

- Attend customer sites for breakdowns, repairs and commissioning

- Follow HSEQ requirements and maintain a safe work environment





About You:

- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter (or equivalent)

- Proven experience with complex overhauls with pumps and/or rotating equipment (essential)

- Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Ability to work to tight tolerances and critical clearances

- Experience with mechanical seals, bearings, and shaft alignment

- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical manuals

- Restricted Electrical Licence (disconnect/reconnect) preferred

- High Risk license for Forklift and Dogging (preferred)

- Current driver’s licence (essential)
