What You'll Be Doing
- Listing and selling residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Prospecting for new business opportunities
- Conducting appraisals, home opens, and private inspections
- Negotiating sales contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Managing your sales pipeline and consistently meeting performance targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every stage of the sales process
- Working collaboratively with our experienced sales and support teams
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential real estate sales
- Current WA Real Estate Sales Representative Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating listings
- Robust negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
- Professional presentation with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
