About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our passionate and vibrant technical team at Buildsafe. Reporting into the Estimating Team Leader, you will work alongside a team of experts to prepare cost estimates in a timely manner.

Other Key Functions Of The Role

Develop and provide accurate quotes, identifying the labour,



material and time required for each job;Assist in Purchase Order entry, ensuring correct allowances and rates are applied;Use computer software to measure specific safety products and scaffolding;Provide expert advice to builders, carpenters and other clientele to determine their safety needs;Generate and prepare reports when required.

About You

Thorough understanding of residential construction plansProven communication skills, both written and verbalHave the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervisionConsistently be able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasksHave an eye for detailIntermediate computer skills – Microsoft Suite & CRM A trade or estimating qualification/experiencePrevious experience in scaffolding/safety solutions costing (advantageous but not essential)
