Chemist King Welland is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have a passion for health and wellbeing, and are interested in learning about skincare, vitamins, and cosmetics, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers while supporting them with products and advice to improve their health and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Assisting customers with health, wellness and everyday pharmacy products

- Learning about skincare, vitamins and cosmetics to provide product recommendations

- Merchandising and maintaining attractive displays

- Replenishing stock and maintaining store presentation

- Processing sales through the point-of-sale system

- Supporting the Pharmacists and wider pharmacy team with day-to-day operations

About You

We're looking for someone who:





- Has a passion for helping people and improving community health

- Enjoys building relationships with customers

- Is eager to learn about skincare, vitamins, cosmetics and general health products

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Is reliable, enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a team

- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
