Description

- Provide technical leadership across distribution network projects.
- Lead the delivery and review of overhead and underground designs.
- Support projects from concept design through to construction.
- Act as a technical SME across utility and contestable works projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant utility standards and industry regulations.
- Mentor and support engineers and designers within the team.
- Build strong relationships with utilities, clients and project stakeholders.




- Drive high-quality, practical and cost-effective engineering outcomes.

Profile

A successful Technical Lead - Distribution should have:

- A strong background in power engineering within the energy sector.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Expertise in process optimisation and project management.
- Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
