Profile
Essential requirements:
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience with payroll, finance systems and financial analysis
- Strong all-round finance experience (payroll, AP, AR, reporting)
- Experience in process improvement and system implementation
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on *
- Strong knowledge of compliance,
payroll legislation, and GST
- High attention to detail and analytical capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in aged care or regulated environments
