You: AHPRA-registered Registered/Enrolled Nurse with a passion for community healthcare Knowledge of general practice nursing and an understanding of chronic disease management highly regarded but not essential as training can be provided.
Strong communication and teamwork skills Accomplished at managing patient care and building rapport with patients
