About the position:
As a Sales Associate you will play a key role in prospecting and assisting the team with lead generation and customer services.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Prospecting calls (cold and warm) and door knocking to build relationships with potential clients
- Supporting your team with open homes and private inspections
- Attending appointments throughout the selling process
- Nurturing our clients and making follow up calls
- Maintaining and growing a clean and detailed database of clients in our CRM system
- Delivering printed marketing and promotional flyers to our key areas
- Always ensuring exceptional client services in a professional manner
What we are looking for:
- Sales experience is highly regarded (Real Estate related or not)
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- A 'can-do and will-do' attitude while using your own initiative
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional presentation
- Eagerness to learn and help the team where needed
- Clean Driver’s licence and own reliable car
