We are seeking passionate and experienced Casual Duty Managers to join our team at Island Market.
Island Market Trigg offers coastal dining with 200-degree views of the Indian Ocean.
We are open daily from 8 am until late, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a menu that showcases Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and fresh Western Australian produce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant/café operations during shifts, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience.
- Lead, support, and motivate staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day reconciliation and cash handling.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and confidently.
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and team performance.
About You
- Previous experience Duty Manager role, ideally within cafés, or restaurants.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, school holidays, and public holidays as required.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and confident leading a team.
- Ambitious and motivated to grow your career within a supportive and expanding company.
- Must have Approved Manager certification.
