MINPROVISE is a total solutions provider offering specialist services and products supporting the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure & construction industries. This includes the supply of onsite maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, project services, access services, fabrication, offsite repairs, remedial services and mineral processing equipment & products.
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing skilled talent to support our shutdowns, maintenance, project services, fabrication, and more. This is a full time, Monday to Friday position based at our Welshpool head office.
About the opportunity
This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you will partner closely with Hiring Managers to source and secure high-quality talent across a variety of operational roles.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating job advertisements for individual roles, and then screening candidates from the pool
- Utilise our well-established database to seek expressions of interest for roles
- Phone screening candidates, while assessing their eligibility against the role criteria
- Maintaining high levels of compliance across all of your portfolio
- Liaising closely with Hiring Managers from different departments, ensuring that there is well-established communication
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders and representing the company
- Promoting a fantastic candidate onboarding experience
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a Recruitment Advisor role
- Blue-collar recruitment experience is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to undertake end-to-end (360) recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, while working towards mutual goals
- Previous use of JobAdder or a similar ATS.
