The Role

Lead the day-to-day operations of the venue while driving exceptional guest experiences, team performance, and business success. Oversee all aspects of service delivery, financial performance, stock management, compliance, and team development while creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring the venue consistently operates to the highest standards.

Skills & Attributes

- Proven hospitality leadership experience with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, leading by example and driving exceptional service standards.
- Strong operational and financial management skills, including labour control, budgeting, forecasting, and stock management.
- Current RP Badge with a sound understanding of hospitality compliance, WHS requirements, and Contemporary Awards.
