About the Role
Working as part of an experienced horticulture team, you'll be responsible for:

- Rose pruning using correct pruning techniques
- Garden bed maintenance, weeding and mulching
- Plant care and seasonal garden maintenance
- Maintaining high presentation standards
- Safe operation of hand tools and equipment
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions

What We're Looking For

- Previous rose pruning, gardening or horticulture experience
- Knowledge of pruning techniques and plant care
- A solid work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team
- Current Driver's Licence
- Horticulture qualifications or experience (highly regarded)
- Machine Operating Tickets (desirable)
- White Card (desirable)
