With our team expanding and clear pathways into senior leadership, we're looking for an energetic Duty Manager to help run the floor and grow with a globally recognised brand backed by Royale Hospitality.

Salary:

- $65k – $80k (depending on experience & qualifications)

We're looking for leaders who:

- Have hospitality supervisory or shift-running experience

- Can confidently lead a shift, run a service period, and manage a team on the floor

- Are customer-focused and committed to creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks in

- Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments

- Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Current Approved Manager certification
