About us: Royal Dynasty is the newest, contemporary, upscale and antique design Chinese Seafood Restaurant opened on the Gold Coast, situated at the heart of Surfers Paradise. Position Available:

VICHI PTY LTD (Royal Dynasty) is hiring FULL-TIME Wait Staff. Duties include: greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, answering menu questions, handling minor guest issues, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting with opening/closing cleaning duties. Must be friendly, well-groomed, and a team player.

Located in Surfers Paradise. Responsibilities: 1. Setting and arranging tables with proper cutlery, crockery, and table settings in line with the restaurant's fine-dining standards;

2. Taking reservations, greeting guests warmly upon arrival, and presenting menus and beverage lists, including our extensive wine and tea selection; 3. Recommending signature dishes such as seasonal seafood specials, and suggesting wines or teas that complement the meal, particularly in our fine-dining setting; 4.



Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff;

5. Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, and assisting with cellar operations as required; 6. Clearing tables promptly and returning dishes, cutlery, and glassware to the kitchen for cleaning; 7. Removing empty bottles and used glasses, and refilling or replacing glasses throughout the meal;

8. Processing payments, operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers, and handling transactions accurately; 9. Assisting with banquet and function services during private events and large group bookings. Requirements:

1. AQF Certificate III in Hospitality plus at least one year of relevant experience. OR at least two years of relevant experience. 2. Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests; handle complaints and special requests with patience and efficiency.

3. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff; stay calm and organised during peak hours to ensure smooth service. What we offer: 1. Rewarding Salary: AUD 80,000 per year package.progression opportunities.
