Your new role You will take ownership of an existing portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Supported by a national network and experienced leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio effectively while contributing to the growth of the Canberra office.
End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals Managing maintenance requests and contractor relationships
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Arrears management and tenancy dispute resolution Coordinating entry and exit inspections
Ensuring compliance with ACT and NSW legislation Identifying opportunities to grow the rent roll and business What you'll need to succeed
Current ACT Real Estate Licence Current NSW Real Estate Licence Demonstrated experience managing a residential property portfolio
Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational and time management skills
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Ability to work autonomously and contribute to business growth What you'll get in return
