We’re looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead our new store opening at the Canberra Outlet in Fyshwick, someone who thrives on leadership, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and takes pride in creating a engaging and high-performing store culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and inspire your team to achieve excellence in customer service, team culture, and store presentationDrive sales and exceed KPI targets through strong leadership, team motivation, and authentic customer engagementDeliver a memorable and genuine customer experience, with a loyal customer base that values quality and serviceManage all store operations including rostering, training, inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional executionCultivate a team environment built on trust, development, and shared success

What We’re Looking For

A hands-on, people-first leader with a genuine passion for retail and team developmentPrevious store management experience in retail, hospitality or customer serviceA confident, values-led communicator who leads by example and thrives in a customer-focused environmentGreat visual merchandising skills and an eye for presentationAvailability to work Tuesday – Saturday, 38 hours per week.
