About the role
We are seeking a full-time cook to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring food safety, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering excellent dining experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes in accordance with our menu.
- Monitoring food quality and presentation standards.
- Assisting in menu planning, portion control, and stock rotation.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
- Complying with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements.
- Working cooperatively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff.
About you
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a Cook.
Robust knowledge of Asian cuisine
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Cookery/hospitality Qualification required.
What we offer
A full-time, ongoing position with a salary of $75,000 – $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
